Dawn Exhortations and Bible Class Addresses

These addresses are in mp3 form, but can easily be played on any modern internet browser such as Internet Explorer. To play an address directly from the Internet simply left-click on the 'Play' link for that particular address on the appropriate page. The address should start after a few seconds.
If you wish to download it onto your computer so that you can listen independently of the Internet, click on 'Download' for that address. This should bring up an option on your computer which will enable you to store it. If you are not given an option where to store it you should find it in a folder called 'Downloads', or something similar. Once the file is downloaded onto your machine a double left-click on the icon or name will start it.
In Internet Explorer there is a setting which controls this, either to download to the Desktop or to a known folder, or to make the browser ask each time where you want the file put (which might be a more sensible option, long-term).
It may be noticed that a few of the 'new' postings are actually duplicates of material already on the site. We apologise for this, but it only occurs in a few cases.
Mobile users
If you are attempting to download to a tablet or other mobile you will find initially that your browser (Safari in the case of iPad users or Chrome if you have an Android machine) will only play the file, not download it. This is because Safari and Chrome are not able to store the file. To do this you will need something like 'Filer' for iPad (approx £3 from the Appstore) or a similar app, or 'ES File Explorer' for Android (free).
If you are simply wanting to listen (stream) the audio you may find it easier to use the alternative set of pages, accessed from the link above, which are better designed for mobiles. Please note that these pages have no ''Download' links.
Privacy
Unless one has the full link (URL) of these pages it is very unlikely that anyone would be able to find them. In any case certain features embedded in the system divert intruders and route any queries elsewhere. Search engines are also prevented from accessing the files.
This effort at privacy is principally for the benefit of the brethren who gave the addresses, so that the addresses are hidden from the public. Some might disagree with this policy, but we respectfully request that this privacy is honoured and that these addresses are only made available to brethren and sisters, and, preferably, only to those within our fellowship.
